Itinerary

DAY 1 ‑ Arrival in Whitehorse.

In Whitehorse, guests arrive to a warm greeting from the tour guide, beginning an adventure through the Yukon’s pristine landscapes. A smooth transfer to the hotel is followed by introductions among fellow travelers, sparking excitement for the days to come. The journey opens with awe and anticipation, inviting travelers to immerse themselves in the vast beauty awaiting on this exclusive Northern Coast tour.

DAY 2 ‑ Explore Historic Whitehorse to Kluane’s Ice Fields.

Highlights of the Day:

  • Explore Yukon’s capital, Whitehorse
  • Visit the historic SS Klondike by the Yukon River
  • Travel the scenic Alaska Highway to Haines Junction
  • Option to hike or take a bush plane over glaciers

The day begins with breakfast and a chance to explore Whitehorse, including the storied SS Klondike by the river. Travelers then head west along the Alaska Highway to Haines Junction, located by Kluane National Park. Depending on interests, the day offers a guided hike in the park or an optional bush plane flight over breathtaking glacier fields, providing a rare view of Yukon’s vast wilderness.

DAY 3 ‑ Wildlife & History: Kluane to the ALCAN Border.

The journey continues to Soldier Summit, where travelers learn about the Alaska Highway’s historic construction. By afternoon, the day’s exploration concludes at the iconic Alaska-Canada border.

DAY 4 ‑ From Wrangell Peaks to Valdez’s Snowy Shores.
